Enjoy free shipping on orders worth more than 50 EUR. Conditions apply depending on destination address.

All candles are well protected to avoid any damage during transport and transit. Each individual candle has its own box, in addition to the delivery box.

We use DHL to deliver all over the European Union & Switzerland. For orders less than 50 EUR in the EU, the shipping cost is: 4.99 EUR for Germany, 8.99 EUR for all other EU destinations.

We aim to process your order in 24-48 hours after receiving it. We also process orders during the weekend to ensure your candles reach you as fast as possible.

We produce our scented candles in small batches to ensure each and single one is of the highest quality. This is our definition of artisanal.

Deliveries to Germany usually take 2-3 days after the carrier has received the package. In the EU and Switzerland, delivery can take 3-4 days for close-by countries like France or Netherlands, and up to 7 days for distant EU countries.
