Shipping policy

We aim to process your order in 24-48 hours after receiving it. We also process orders during the weekend to ensure your candles reach you as fast as possible. We use DHL to deliver all over the European Union & Switzerland.

Deliveries to Germany usually take 2-3 days after the carrier has received the package. In the EU and Switzerland, delivery can take 3-4 days for close-by countries like France or the Netherlands, and up to 7 days for distant EU countries.

Enjoy free shipping in the EU for orders of 50 EUR or more. For orders less than 50 EUR in the EU, the shipping cost is: 4.99 EUR for Germany, 8.99 EUR for all other EU destinations.

Enjoy free shipping in Switzerland for orders of 70 CHF or more. For orders less than 70 CHF in Switzerland, the shipping cost is 9.99 CHF.

Per our return policy, the customer is responsible for costs associated with returning an order.
