The Right of Withdrawal
General conditions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 21 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 21 days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and this is or will be delivered in one go;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;
Submit a return request using the self-service option
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Exercising your rights
If you don't want to go through the self-service return option, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal, by informing us: Craft Society GbR, Albrechtstr. 22, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany, e-mail address: care@craftsociety(dot)eu of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
The cancellation request needs to include the following information:
- First name, last name of the person who ordered
- Full address of the person who ordered
- E-mail address and phone number of the person who ordered
- Date (day/month/year)
- Signature (only for notifications transmitted on paper)
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the initial delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), at the latest within 21 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged fees for this repayment.
Important notes:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
- The cost of shipping will not be returned in instances when the package was delivered to the buyer.

Reasons for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- For deliveries of products that have been used. In the case of scented candles, lighting them excludes you from the right to cancel.
